It's good but I wish if I could chat with all platforms like before. iMessage, Messenger, WhatsApp etc...
It has worked very well. Honestly made the customer service job so much easier for me! The only thing I wish it offered is a way to link the chat to help direct customers to it.
It works great for us. On the online store as well as the mobile app. It really makes us more responsive to our clients and faster.
It's like having a chat facility linked to your shop. I receive the messages both on my phone app and my email which means customers can receive pretty much an immediate response. I think it is great little feature.

this is great for customers that have questions. Please be sure to stay kind and have patience with them and it can actually guarantee your sales. Nothing like them getting the best customer service from the person that started the business themselves. Your the only robot here and its an amazing way to provide customer service.
Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.
Works well, and we don't have to worry about adding a 3rd party chat app.
There's no way to restrict notifications from reaching you at all hours! Even if you set the times the chat is "available" you still get a notification on the app every single time a customer messages no matter the time. This is a basic feature they should have.
