I love that you are notified immediately when a customer writes in and I'm able to take care of there needs immediately. I feel like I'm able to give great customer service.

I didn't realize it wasn't automatic messages. So I haven't been checking. Now that I know how to use it properly I will make the best use out of my inbox and I'm sure I will see an improvement in sales.

All good, it does what it should do.
The only problem, but I think it's more of a Shopify issue, is that sometimes on the mobile app it does randomly log out and I can't know, so I stop receiving notifications.

I love this app!! It has made it easy for my customers, both new and existing, to contact me with questions. I love how I can have instant answers to my FAQ's always available so I'm no longer answering FAQ's by email anymore.
