This is a good app that with some improvements, could actually be a 5 Star.
Easy to use, good AI capability with excellent pre-filled suggested answers to questions.
Cons - notifications are poor. You do get a "ping" on desktop that you can easily miss. A constant ring until answered would be better. If it wasn't for the notification on my watch, I would miss lots of customer queries. Also, poor synchronisation with iOS mobile & tablet which show closed conversations as still open.
I would definitely recommend this app to Shopify users, its easy to use and the AI seemlessly answers for you if you're not online.
Good but for some reason, I'm unable to reply on my phone. I'm able to type but not hit enter to reply to the customer.
It makes communication with customers easier. I like the fact that chat with customer is mentioned and linked also in their order history. I would like to be able to format the message, like in mail, before sending it.
Great for chatting to potential sales customers. More features including translation would be great...
on the seller side, the chat it great, however from the customer side, a lot of them has complain that they can not leave the chat to return to the website.
I like the app, but I wish there was a more convenient way to view inbox messages on the backend of Shopify, instead of having to click through to another page.
I wish the mobile version was free for subscribers
