I've seen a HUGE reduction in the number of customer chats since installing this app. It's because Shopify inbox FORCES the customer to enter their name and email address. This will turn off the majority of browsing customers who may just need a little advice to convert.
This would be great if I didn't get so many SPAM MESSAGES FROM Nigeria. I have reached out to Tech Support several times and they say there's no resolution you can even report it as spam your choices are uninstall the app, block, or go to another website that ISNT shopify "all we can provide you with is the option to block specific countries through the Hura website-Shopify agent"
