They will took all your Customers info, Also PLEASE NOTE THIS APP ONLY CREATE A LISTING TO EBAY AND WON'T SYNC IT WITH YOUR SHOPIFY STORE, ALSO WHEN YOU CREATE A LISTING FOR EBAY, IT WON'T CREATE THAT LISTING INTO YOUR SHOPIFY STORE, SO THERE IS NO REASON TO PAY FOR AN APP TO DO NOTHING!!

I'm very happy with this app. it's really easy to connect to ebay and sync shopify with ebay. I have to make only one listing on shopify and than automatically create the listing on ebay account ! I can't be more happy than this !!

After looking around for an inventory management app for our website: MobilityEquipmentforLess.com, we stumbled upon inkFrog. Let me just say that the support staff is AMAZING!! The app allows for a fairly seamless integration between Shopify and Ebay. One improvement I would suggest is how the new listings are done. If you list from inkFrog, it only lists to ebay. To go around this, you MUST start your new product in Shopify, then import to inkfrog, edit and then list to ebay. We are VERY pleased with the price point and application. THANK YOU INKFROG!! YOU ROCK!
Ease of import was fantastic, other apps put you through a big drill of hours of setup for processes that should already be set up by default and then can be customized later. Customer Support was fantastic and jumped right in to help. Their dashboard is easy to read and easy to navigate. They have multi-user accounts and now Amazon! So a win-win!
I first started using this app about a year ago. It worked great for importing and syncing my ebay inventory with Shopify and vise versa..but in the last few months it doesn't do anything useful. In fact it has created more work for me just to make sure it is working correctly. It stopped syncing anything from Shopify and the only way I could get it to work was manually reload and re-sync my listings and inventory. Why am I paying for a service that creates more work for me? On top of that I have reached out to customer service and all I get is an automated message saying they have received my message and are escalating it. I waited over a week to see if any changes of updating were being done or even if there was any follow up on the problem. Nothing..crickets! I can't run my business that way. I've messed up multiple orders because the inventory doesn't get updated after purchases and out of stock items gets sold again. NOT COOL!! I've deleted the app..not worth the money!!
