Quick and easy to set up. Great addon for first time ventures integrating with eBay. I would love it if it should the listing views and little more detail. Customer support very friendly and knowledgeable.
Inkfrog provides a much more useful and easy-to-use interace than either Shopify or eBay -- both sites could learn a LOT about application design from Inkfrog!
Mapping and managing variants and their associated images was flawless. I haven't seen any other app that navigates Shopify's crazy data structure more fluently. The creators of Inkfrog are geniuses.
This is a poor app. Not user friendly. No real integration w an ebay store but the app is listing products somewhere ?????? Where?

This app has left me AUD$1593.22 listing fee on eBay's bill.
App does not work and created duplicate orders as a result. Could not get past setting up more than 5000 sku's. Promised a fix for over 2 weeks and never received this fix.
Wasted so much time and money. Avoid this app!
Ridiculous to setup if you have thousands of SKUs.
Could be amazing but the amount of time wasted on this app has made me grey. They embed their link on each listing that violates ebay policy so your listings cant be live .. ARRR

Once the account is on a paid plan in inkFrog, the option to turn off the marketing is available and once turned off, it will be removed automatically from existing and future listings. If you're still experiencing a problem with something in the listings violating eBay policies, please respond to our most recent email sent you to offering additional assistance :)
This application is great! I used it to import all of my products within minutes! The setup was fast and easy as well! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I wish it was easier to reach tech support. The app has many glitches and tech support is impossible to get a hold of. I scheduled a call with them. Waiting on the line for 20 minutes and no one connected.
Great App for listing direct to eBay. Support is great to most of our emails have been reply to within a few hours. Would recommend.
