One word for this app AWESOME! the customer service is OUT-FREAKING-STANDING! If you need help just click the little icon within the app and they actually are THERE! Not three days later! They actually are very responsive. I have more then one store and they even gave me an offer because I have the app on both stores. I can't name one person who was super awesome Because, ALL OF THE STAFF I have interacted with are respectful and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! This is a must have app!!!!

The team behind this is amazing. They're incredibly responsive to questions and feedback. The user interface is very easy to manage and maintain. I've tested several other instagram shoppable apps and this is by far one of the best apps out there, particularly because of the ability to create galleries with specific hashtags so this is handy for companies that have distinct product lines or want to get creative with promoting products. I'm confident this app will only get better.

Tursunai was amazing. She was patient enough to answer my questions and was quick to solving the issue I was having with set up.
I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to have these features on their site.

Couldn't recommend this app more it integrated seamlessly to my homepage and Eldar was an ace at answering my questions. Love that it is customizable too which is a big advantage on some of the other apps!

As there were trying to fix the issue with Instagram feed on my home page they destroyed my website applying 45 changes to my template without any permission, sections were gone, my old logo was on the website, colours of the template was the opposite that I currently had. They just reset everything and then sent me an email that they fix the issue. They applied some changes to the setting_data.json file that reverse my website to the completely old look. Also, this app has permission to private data of your customers...

As I was happy with this app before, after this situation and no answer from their side of what happened I decided to uninstall the app. Not worth the stress of what they can do with your shop while you are sleeping.

Unbelievably unethical and fraudulent business practices. We signed up for the app last year (It was a different logo with a different title). It was $4.99/month, as it is still advertised in the app store. We looked at our bill this month and realized we had been charged $49/month for the last few months! When I chatted with the app developers about this claim they said we upgraded the account to a new level in June and that they can't do anything about it since they cannot access our billing account. We have 2 instagram galleries, why would we have ever upgraded our account? The answer is we did not. It seems this app was acquired and they just put the current users in new plans without any warning or approval. Now we are out $150 dollars for an app that was supposed to be $15 for that same time period.

Please let me note that recently we launched our new interface for the app dashboard and after that, we changed our pricing plan for the Instagram app and now we have only one Pro plan for $4.95.
However, we're not able to change the plan instead of you and we don't have any permission to do that. Since it can be done only by the owner of the store.

I’d love the opportunity to discuss your concerns further with you. I’m hopeful this will give you a chance to share any part of your story that wasn’t told before as well as offer some resolution from our side on how we can help make things right between us.
