Every time I reach out to customer service they are able to help me solve my problem in just a few clicks. I'm not super tech savvy, and while this app is super easy to use, we had a few products that required some help to calculate properly because of the way we needed to pack them. They were super helpful and FAST.

Our company has fairly complex shipping rules and this app made it possible! I have probably worn out this support staff with all of my inquiries over the last few years but they are so helpful and quick to respond! I've never received this level of support in any part of my professional and personal life. Would recommend to anyone!

We reached out to Intuitive when we realized that Shopify's shipping feature wouldn't cut it for the complicated shipping scenarios of our B2B website. We are among the early adopters of Shopify B2B and Intuitive did not have an out-of-the-box solution for our percentage-based shipping tiers. However, Intuitive's team worked very closely with our web developer to ensure their app works on our checkout page. Their work ensured that we could launch our website with confidence. The app itself has several conditional rules that would fit the needs of most businesses. Their customer service is extremely responsive and follows through to make sure the solution is implemented. The app is great for calculating shipping with live rates. It's a shame that shopify won't share their API but I have started using shipstation to get the live rates without having to estimate. No more shipping headaches. Michael is also an amazing help! Anytime I have a problem Michael gets to the bottom of it and lets me know what I need to do so the problem doesn't repeat itself.

I cant say I have worked with many app support teams but the people I have dealt with here are all you could want. Knowledgeable, quick to reply, happy to keep helping as you are setting it up and testing. Really top notch, and super friendly.

As for the app, if you are sending overseas and being charged by weight or volume, its an absolute no brainer. This app easily pays for itself after a couple of orders. Once you get your head around it, easy to use and understand. Very happy with the app and the team who support it.

This is hands-down the BEST shipping rates app that has ever been created, backed by the best support staff on the planet. Believe me... I've tried them ALL
Intuitive Shipping can handle even the most complex scenarios across most every carrier out there.
Need Dangerous goods fees applied to by air shipping methods , but regular shipping via ground? No Problem
Shipping to Hawaii, but need ground methods omitted when DG items added to cart? No Problem
Need a rate for every method offered from 3 carriers? No Problem
Need special rates for certain customers? No problem
Need to block shipping to Fraud accounts?
Need Free shipping offered for certain stipulations? No problem
Need to block certain items from shipping to certain areas? No Problem
Need a flat fee for certain items but live rates for others? No Problem
You can rename shipping methods
You can pull negotiated rates from each of your carrier accounts, OR you can pull all rates from your Shipstation account - which makes life easier!
You can review every quote from every draft or Web cart - (WOW)
"How Accurate are the rates?" : you can upload all of your packaging sizes, and specify each of your items dimensions. This allows the app to return the most accurate rates on the fly.
Sound Complicated? It's really easy to use.
Don't feel like setting it up yourself? They offer a "White Glove Setup" service that sounds more expensive than it is, and it's worth every penny. They don't just set up, they also help maintain- I can't say enough good things about their support staff; they are the nicest bunch of people you can interact with, and it makes you feel good about supporting their business... and they're quick!
