I love the design and all the options to customize the invoice. I couldn’t add the VAT ID number that I collect via Exemptify, but this was no problem for Sandesh and the support guys! They managed to integrate the systems and in no time it was solved. Now I meet EU law requirements with a beautiful looking invoice. Highly recommended! Thanks Sandesh!

Still having some glitches such sas discount will not updated with shopify
and invoice dollar amount won't match with the shopify order which causing lots of problems for payments

perfect app for B2B orders, it's easy to personalized & automation is very nice for B2B clients. Major +, you can creat invoice in it that are not linked to a shopify order

We use this app to send our customers a PDF quote and invoice for equipment sales that we have built as draft orders in our Shopify Admin. It works great for this purpose. My only real request is it would be nice to be able to do a little more customization of the layout of the PDF, (e.g. selecting fonts), but overall the app is great and works as intended. We did have to reach out to support regarding an error related to emailing quotes specifically but the service was excellent and the issue was resolved within a day. Definitely recommend Invoice Falcon to anyone who wants to be able to send estimates and invoices in PDF Format but still use the Shopify admin for building orders or tracking inventory.

Really easy to use. This is what I searched for these days. Changes easy to make. Tested some apps, but that one is the right one.

I selected one customer to send an invoice to them and it sent invoices to every customer I've ever had even though the UI showed one customer selected. I am in the process of dealing with over a hundred customers that think I am charging them for orders they didn't make.

Have really helped me out with getting printed a ton of invoices in bulk. Also love the design of the invoices. And again, the print bulk feature is like no other.

We've had this app for about 2 years, on a paid plan. It's a strong thumbs down: while it appears to be a fine companion to Shopify's systems, we found it to be woefully short on basic functionality:

1. Additional discounts added as line items while creating the actual shopify invoices will not show in Invoice Falcon: the totals will not be matching Shopify's data. We didn't catch on to this right away and it took some tail-chasing to figure out where the issue was as the customers were paying what the pdf invoices were showing. We wrote tech support but it's comically delayed, and still not fixed to this day.
2. If one edits prices in Shopify after the pdf invoice is generated, they will not be retroactively updated in Invoice Falcon. Couldn't find a way to work around this except to start a new order. Frustrating and time wasting.
3. Small glitches in formatting: the shipping cost fields text sizes are huge and looking unprofessional and stitched together.

Will uninstall.
