I've been having a thing that i wanted to adjust for a long time and i finally did today after Hakima helped me. She was a great helper and so kind. Great thanks to Hakima and Judge.me!
The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.
I've been using the free version for about 3 years and just upgraded to the paid plan. I cannot fault this app (both plans) and the support is available 24/7 which I completely appreciate in an app. The best reviews app around. Thanks for a great app and amazing support!!

We needed an app to help us share our 6000 5-star reviews from Etsy over to our Shopify page, and this app has worked really well. Far superior to the old Shopify reviews and better than anything else I've found for the price. I use the free one and wouldn't hesitate to upgrade when we need more functionality. Really impressed with Judge.me so far!
