For some reason, my reviews were showing up in triplicate. Cassiano almost immediately fixed this for me and also sent me a screen shot of how to move the reviews to a new location on my product page. And I have the free version...
Amazing Customer support. using it for about 4 months its seamless.
very easy to use even for a Novice.
One small suggestion for apparel you can include more review option where customer can find the fit, comfort quality etc parameters on average.
I have had to reach out to customer support a couple times and they have been wonderful. Today I had a difficult request and Leandro was so helpful. He spent so much time getting things exactly how we want them. Thank you!
