UPDATE: Apparently the team behind this app wasn't satisfied with a 4-star review, haha. They called me on the phone to discuss and resolve the issue described below. I am a happy customer. 5 stars!
Excellent support team. They're always online and respond quickly.
I have had some trouble with customer complaints, though. Sometimes when customers leave a review, they use a nickname that hides their first and last name. However, for some odd reason, Judge.me will (in some cases) still use their first and last name. I believe it has something to do with the customer clicking on a Judge.me email and their name being revealed through that. I was not satisfied with Judge.me's answers to my questions on this issue, and there wasn't a real solution.

We recently installed Judge.me after evaluating several review apps on YouTube, and we decided to go for this one.
