Great app, the Shopify Product Review app will be discontinued so I was looking for an alternative. I saw people recommending Judge.me, and wow! combining with the amazing service, this is a no brainer!

I installed the app a few months ago and so far so good. Support is outstanding -- they respond quickly and always fix whatever issue I have. Everything has been smooth, set up was easy and straightforward. We just launched so review requests will start going out and I'll update when we have had more experience with the app.
