Had an issue with pages not loading while toggling through the settings. Ended up finding out it was due to my browser not being updated. Don helped me identify this THEN assisted me with the entire setup. He ran through a test reviews, helped setup and link our email, answered my questions and provided tips to ensure our review page would run seamlessly. Throughly impress with the patience and knowledge. Considering this was through a live chat, I was impressed. They have a new client as long as the program is just as great.
