Onboarding agent, Soufiane, was very helpful and I was easily able to import existing shopify review into the judge.me app. The process is relatively intuitive and judge.me has plenty of guides available for the bits that aren't as easy to figure out on your own.
Looking forward to exploring the app further.

We had to move from Loox to Judge Me because of our launch to several countries. And sadly Loox did not support the translation we are going to do. I reached out to Judge me and was honest about that i wanted the look to appear more like Loox Apperael because I think it's more pretty. To my surprise, Christian told me no worries he would go in and adjust the widget so it look more similar to Loox`s widget. Now we have the look we wanted and it works for several languages. The answer time from Christian was within 1 min all 3 times I contacted them today. Deserves 5 stars!
