Personally is the BEST reviews app no doubt. There are so many ways to customize your shop reviews, even if you only have the free account. Customer service is really helpful especially Gabriela that helped out with all my reviews that got hidden for some reason and fixed everything by herself! You wouldn't want to miss this app!!
Just started using so not sure how it'll go but so far pretty straightforward. I was getting caught up on a few things because of my custom code but Gena was extremely helpful and patient. She was able to fix several things on her end for me and explained how to do quite a bit more.
