I'm still in the process of configuring Judge.me. It hasn't been as easy as I hoped based on other reviews. Once I found the Chat resource things seem to be moving in the right direction. Carlos recently helped me and he was considerably more responsive and helpful than the other reps I have dealt with. I'm not sold on the app yet, but for now I'll keep plugging away.
Not so easy to set up, but I asked for assistance and they replied in less than a minute, and I got my issues solved in 10 min.
The interface is clear and intuitive, making it easy for even non-tech-savvy individuals to navigate. The features are well-organized, and everything is where you'd expect it to be.
Also the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.
