The app works as expected and is quite flexible in terms of reviewing options. The setup is easy and the support team is very responsive.

Awful support and constant technical issues. We've been using Judge.me for 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but enough is enough. They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Excellent and fast response to a problem and we would recommend this app. It has been straightforward to set up and has all the features we need.

Judge.me support centre is great!!! I had a minor issue with our theme glitching with the judge me app and Han was able to fix it for me within half an hour. Such a positive experience and such a great app!

It's easy to set up with some help from Judge.me's Customer Service. Shoutout to Soufiane who helped us smooth out any kinks from the set up. So far it is serving the purpose and it's free which is even better.
