So far the app has been super easy to set up! I've also received wonderful customisation support from Gena. No hassle and stress free. Perfect for new store owners. I gave it 4 stars since I haven't published my store to start collecting reviews. I'll come back to it in the future once it starts running!
Ron was very helpful when I first downloaded & was trying to setup/customize how my reviews would show. He helped to answer all my questions and direct me to where I needed, as needed & was very patient and kind. I am glad to have had his services, they're much appreciated!
This is my first review app I'll be using for my shop, and I'm going with the free version because to be quite honest I cannot afford adding any other payments to what I already have... It's great that they have/offer a free version to use, and what is included with it is very helpful & just the basic of what you'd need.
The only thing I've found a bit inconvenient is when you have to manually schedule your review requests, it's not so much the manual part, but it's the fact that if someone places an order that contains more than 1 item you have to send separate review requests instead of them being included all in one email that'll get sent to them.. More chance of my review request email to get sent to their spam & never seen.
The representative that helped me today was great! However, I don't understood how some customers say they didn't get the email nor read it. But in the status it says 'customer read email'.
