I have been using judgeme from almost 2+ years or more and its the only app i am using for my multiple stores i started using it when the app was just launched and had less then 100 review its great to see that it has now lot more users and review and always i got my issues resolved at earliest every one behind judgeme is working really amazing and i would also like to speciall thanks Felix who helped me to resolve my latest issue which i was facing.

Our store has been using free version and even with that experience has been pretty smooth for integration. Considering converting to paid soon as we start getting more reviews monthly!

Our experience with Judge.me has been really fantastic overall. We switched from another review app company about a year ago that was charging quite a bit more for seemingly fewer features and the transition was about as smooth as you could hope for. Each step of the way when I have needed to email support I have received prompt, expert advice that has helped me save time and focus on my business and not stress over apps.

I've been using Judge.me for reviews since migrating from Big Commerce to Shopify in early 2023 and the app is great! Migration was easy, tech support very helpful. Reviews look great and customers love how easy it is to use. I've used Yotpo, Trustspot and TrustPilot and none of them came close to Judge.me! This way better and overall a better value. Gabriela just helped me move all my app customizations over to the most recent update of my Shopify theme and everything looks and works great. Highly recommended from someone who has used review platforms for 11+ years now

Judge.me app has been great, whenever the site is updated, so too is the app automatically without me a having to figure out what to do. Whenever I've had 'how to' questions, I've gotten responses promptly via the chat. We're a very small business, and this app has provided valuable worry-free features to our website.

Outstanding customer service! I was in the middle of cleaning up my website-adding new products, customizing some product and collection pages, deleting old products, etc. and decided to check my apps to ensure they were all still up-to-date. I noticed Judge.me updated their app so I went to upload the latest version, but I had some issues. It could’ve been because I’m using a custom website template, not a Shopify template, and had to delete the app for reinstallation. It requested my reasoning for the deletion and within 10-15 mins, I received an email from Gena asking if I needed help. She had me back up and going within no time-on a Saturday! I didn’t even have to reach out for help, she reached out to me! That’s great technical support and customer service! Thanks Gena for all your help! I truly appreciate it! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. It explains the reason why Judge.me has a 5 star review. It’s been earned. And, I love the updated version! Keep up the great work!!

This app worked great for us in 2020 and 2021. However, the app's settings change every time it updates, leading to poor email delivery and overwriting the changes we made. When we contact support, they can't explain why some settings changed without our consent. They are rude at best and make you feel like they are doing you a favour by talking to you.

There is no option to moderate unfair reviews (a disgruntled customer leaves multiple negative reviews using different email IDs or from the same ID). All you can do is hide the review, affecting the "Transparency medal". While you can hide the medals on your website, they are still displayed on the JudgeMe website. We are perfectly OK with negative reviews from customers. It helps us understand where we could do better. However, when a customer uses the review system to damage my company or have their way, my business must have the right to defend itself by hiding or removing the review without consequence (the transparency rating in this case). Judgeme does not understand this problem.

While Judgeme is still the most affordable app in the market, more is needed to make us stay. We have grown to a level where we can pay for better performance and service. We are already looking for another app, and it will only be a matter of time before we leave Judgeme.

Fantastic customer service! Helped me right away with all the questions I had.
I'm creating a headless version of our website and their ability to show reviews on external developments is so great. Not many review platforms offer that.

Product reviews play a crucial role in helping us make informed decisions when purchasing items. I have been using Judge.me since I started my shop, and I have no complaints. Their app is user-friendly, and they keep improving it. Once, I had to duplicate a product listing that already had reviews, and I was worried about losing the reviews. However, they were able to transfer the reviews in just one minute through their backend.

Great customer service! I'll keep using this app as long as the quality remains high.
