We couldn't be more pleased with Junip. It was an incredibly simple, streamlined transition from Yotpo, and both the product the customer support have been outstanding.
Junip is great. Stuart and team were very helpful in getting us set up in a custom environment. We're enjoying the ease of setup and the simplicity of the backend.

Junip was so easy to set up. Within a few minutes we've imported our old reviews and already had new reviews coming in.
As of now, it's been pretty easy to manage. Gives that extra boost on new businesses to get more sales from those who are more hesitant to purchase from a store with no ratings. Thank you!

We are big fans of Junip at Equator Coffees, it has had a quick and effective positive impact on our business and is a seamless add on to our Shopify+ site.
We are still in the phase of collecting reviews so haven't published this on our site yet. But so far everything has been very straightforward and it's been powerful / flexible enough for our business needs. More importantly, the customer support team is SUPER responsive and helpful - especially as we're using Klaviyo to set up our product review flow.
