Love this app and the customer service is excellent. Sam was very quick to help me when I had questions regarding the advanced custom size recommender and they are always looking to improve the apps accuracy. Never had a problem.

A great app. Right now I'm using the FREE version (no money in my budget for the upgraded version) But will definitely upgrade as soon as I am financially able. It was fast to install (once I figured out how to). So the free plan is very basic but it serves its purpose and adds a lot of credibility to my site and the products. Once I upgrade I'll add the images of each style to the size charts and that will look even better. And it seems like it is still for me to explore with this app. And once I get a minute I will view the videos and read more into it. But so far, I am VERY happy I installed this app! Wish I had done it sooner!
I have been using this kiwi size app and found it is very useful and convenient. However, Kiwi Sizing wants to charge us full while we place a store $9 monthly to shopify. So I do not recommend this app because it is not fair to pay their fee while the store is on-hold.

The customer service is very good. They help me solve my question immidiately. I love the live chat function. The size chart is very easy to use and can be edit in different style which fit my needs

The issue was caused by a technical error on our servers triggered by the Shopify Admin outage earlier today. Unfortunately, this happened during our teams' offline hours, so it took longer to discover and fix than we would normally expect.

We are a DTC brand selling dresses in 8 sizes. Since we provide the best fit for our dresses we also want recommend correct size upon the model of the dress chosen by our customer and Kiwi is perfect for that. You can easily make adjustments for each dress depending of the modell, fit and the fabric so the recommendation will be perfect for the customer. It works very well and we never had any problems.
