I Like it! Perfect to start with as its free till 250 emails. Quick customer support/ fast response time. Only thing is SMS plan is not included in free but that's understandable.
Great app. Had a little trouble getting everything set up (my fault) but Kate was amazing and walked me through everything. HUGE improvement to our emails! Highly recommend this app.

We're new to using this app, but so far we're pleased with it's ease of use and integration.
We merged from Mail chimp via shopify, which we actually had difficulties with, so have found this app much easier to navigate.
We haven't started much work with flows yet, but all looks easy enough..and offers good functionality.
The drag and drop template options are great, and was quick to get a good looking newsletter completed and sent.
So far, so good..especially considering we're on the freebie plan.
Klaviyo is a brilliant email tool. The setup and integration couldn't be easier. For anyone serious about ecommerce

I am new to Klaviyo, and everything has been working great. However, this review is mainly for an issue I had recently that made me cry (Nothing from the Klaviyo side), so I contacted support. This was my first time interacting with their customer support, and it was a great experience. Not only was the issue resolved right away, they went out of their way to help me fix the issue, created the segment that was key in resolving the issue, and held my hands through the process, as I was so overwhelmed with what was happening. I left the chat session smiling again and was grateful to have gotten the help I needed. Thank you so much for that.
