Good morning I have sent several emails to Klaviyo support for several days, but I have not received answers and solutions. My problem is when I include a product block to my email template, and the product image is not visible. These products are active and published in my store, everything works perfectly, the link and the product information, but the images of the products are not seen in the emails, I have looked for solutions in the klaviyo community and I have written in the post, I have sent emails to klaviyo but without success, no responses from Klaviyo. I need a solution please and if a script is missing tell me and I will install it, help me. I have added feeds from my catalog to klaviyo, and these are uploaded in klaviyo, but no images appear. Help me, I've been writing since last week.

And you are out in the desert ...alone. Their double opt in doesn't work since weeks. Customer support isn't helpful at all. No, even worse: they just denied this fault. Only after I paid a developer who confirmed the Klavyio system having an issue, they admitted there is a bug. Huh.
And then....nothing happens.
Customer support confirmed the bug as fixed. But - what a surprise - it is NOT. No further answers from customer 'support' . I worked on that issue now for several days and just let it go now. Horrible experience. Never again! And: that's a pity, because the features would be nice. Handling too. But if you are impossible to follow the legal requirements and lose leads 't get any help from customer support - its just crap.

Just signed up, just sent my first campaign. Wow, was it easy to do. I'm impressed so far at its ease of use and attention to detail. Thank you Klaviyo

I love the ease of using this app to set up emails for sales and to also gain new subscribers to my mail list! I have been running my website for years but have never utilized the mail application because quite frankly it seemed overwhelming! I can honestly say Klaviyo has made this process super easy for beginners and even us ones who have been in the game but are ready to upgrade! Recommend for sure :)

Really amazing app love thank it has the email and text campaigns on one plaform. On the free plan we already started making more money for my clients store, highly reccommend

Very simple setup and the functionality looks super powerful. Can't wait to see what I can do with it! The walkthrough guides are very helpful as well

I believed the hype! Shame on you Ezra Firestone - there is really nothing special about Klavyio! - pure marketing BS. They do however think they are very special...

I deleted your app from my Shopify store so why did you charge me again?

"Removing our app from your Shopify account does not cancel your Klaviyo account. We are a separate platform from Shopify so you must send a cancellation request to us in order to cancel the Klaviyo account".

WTF! Klavyio was downloaded through Shopify!!!
How is it possible that Shopify have allowed them this lofty station?

The last straw was when we reached out to them for the FIRST time with an elementary trigger split issue. After 6 emails we were thinking we'd entered some parallel existence - they just did not want to extend any help, both the Klavyio peeps JOSH + SEAN were really cagey and unwilling to assist us in any meaningful way - well this is what happens when you neglect a paying customer the way you did guys! I suggest you guys get retrained.

We are really disgusted by your lack of care and arrogant attitude.

Now kindly CANCEL my account.

Don't waste time with Mailchimp. If you want to do email marketing and you a Shopify store, Klaviyo is the only way to go! Yes, it is a bit more expensive at each tier than Mailchimp but with Klaviyo you truly get what you pay for!
