I'm so pleased we made the shift to Klaviyo from our previous email App. The company has continued to evolve quickly over the last two years and is hands down the best email integration for e-commerce and Shopify. There are so many features, and the support is world class - highly recommended!
After misunderstanding my initial testing, the support team was able to investigate and assure me that my concerns were wrong. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star based on this. I'm looking forward to building out my flows and seeing what results I can achieve with the tool.

Just migrated our lists from Mailchimp and the setup process has been a breeze. Much deeper analytics and segmentation capabilities. Really looking forward to seeing what we can do with more email power!
I was a little skeptical at first glance because of the price tag of Klaviyo, but do yourself a favor and spend the time to check out this Email Service and Analytic's Provider. The ability to trigger emails based off of Shopify events is invaluable. If you set up the right Auto-Responders, you will be making much more money then you are spending with Klaviyo.
A big plus is the support at Klaviyo is top notch. They will spend the time and walk you through industry best practices and make sure you are fine tuned with your campaigns.

Hands-down the best email marketing software we've ever used. Not only does Klaviyo have a very high level of functionality and analytics capability, I have always found the live support team to be extremely patient and helpful when I need to troubleshoot an issue.
