Amazing App!!!! Very easy to use. It's like plug and play. The best thing is it's free. And their customer service is amazing. I had this lady named Shermelia she went above and beyond to help solve the issues. Highly recommended!

A l'inverse de ce qui est dit l'application ne gere pas les avis de judgeme. En plus si vous avez des article sans variantes il affichera (et traduira) les case de variantes!!!!
Donc pour les produits sans variante vous aurez quand même le selecteur de variantes qui s'affichera sur les pages traduite avec marqué "Titre" et "titre par défaut". J'ai essayé de regler cela avec le SAV mais aucune solutio acceptable ne m'as été proposé si ce n'es d'exporter tout mes produits et changer cela manuellement (a refaire à chaque fois que vous faites un nouveau porduits).
Pareil pour les avis, je devais les exporter, les faire passer avec une autre application pour ensuite les réinjecter dans l'app de traduction... Et naturellement opération à refaire à chaque fois... Si vous avez uniquement des produits avec des variantes et que vous n'utilisez pas judgeme pourquoi pas (même si l'interface est pas très intuitive) mais sinon fuyez

I was very happy with the app and support for the first time however when I changed the language in the main account all the updates was gonne and even syncing the page many contects was not updated like product page I should made one by one or contacting the support which is very helpful but for an issue which I could do automatically contacting all the time it´s not a good thing to do. Hope for future the app works better because it has pontential.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. It is unfortunate to know that your expectations were not met. Hence we would like to discuss this further with you. After changing the default language, the theme will automatically apply its default translation (if it has) to replace the original resources, including all the basic text of the shop. For example, if you switch from English to French, the text on the cart page and checkout page will also switch to French. Besides, the text you customized in the sections needs to be updated in the theme editor. Like button text and announcement text.
Similarly, please check Products, Blogs, Pages, Collections, Links, Media, Navigation, Legal sections, You may need to modify these customized content to the current language. We suggest that you will save a copy of your translations or better to duplicate your current theme as assurance before making the decision.

Switched from Weglot translation to this app, mainly because of pricing of Weglot and the limit on the wordcount that comes with each price-range at Weglot.
Installation and set-up is very easy and all within Shopify-environment (Weglot takes you to a separate environment).
Still testing and checking stuff out, but up untill now, I'm pretty impressed by this app and its pricing (which doesn't mean prices can go up! :)
The reply speed is relatively fast, the problem is solved quickly, the operation is relatively simple, the recommended use, the customer service speed is ok,
