Mariadel was very pleasant and professional! Very timely and thoughtful responses. Even though they didn't have the exact solution I was looking for (due to Shopify's capabilities), I still am very satisfied AND impressed with the customer service I received!

It's early to tell ow this will go but the app seems very user friendly and the support is incredibly responsive. They are also helping to make some unique code changes to notifications and are taking feedback on board for suggested changes to the app.
