Loop Subscriptions App

Great app and the support have improved since started. They always help to ensure the widgets are in place for every updated Been here for 1 year and 9months wow how time flies but to further elaborate and hope this review helps someone who is starting out on shopify and searching for an app to start the subscription base community. I totally understand the confusion with so many apps and reviews can be confusing at times especially when capital is restricted and cant afford any setbacks. As a holistic brand this app works perfectly for me plus integrates with most apps including email marketing. You will need to learn how to use features according to your business plan however its well worth it. I hope my revoew helps someone out there

We switched to Loop several months ago after being with another subscription platform for a couple of years (and had one issue after another..) and we are SO happy with Loop! Migration and onboarding process was delivered in an exceptional manner from all the Loop's team members involved which we are very thankful for. Customer service - attention and speed of reaction to all the requests we had so far is really top-notch. App's interface is SUPER user-friendly for both - customer and our (admin) sides. Highly recommend!

Really comprehensive subscription management platform, they've been adding new features and you can really do it all. Support is actually pretty responsive/helpful. 5 stars!

This is the first subcription app I've used, but so far, I'm quite happy with it. I was migrating from a DIY solution and the team took time to understand my particular needs and provided a significant amount of very helpful support in the lead up to migration. The migration was painless - thanks to the efforts of that particular team. Since launch, perhaps the greatest value has been provided by the Support team, and my CSM Shivam. I'm continually asking questions and, regardless of the time or day of the week, a helpful response is never more than an hour or two away (often much faster).

There are a few gaps and frustrations (thus 4 not 5 stars), but some of these relate to my particular case (using an Anchor Day, and the post purchase upselling of BYOBs) and will not be relevant for all vendors.

I joined Blueprint in October 2024 and this is the only app the business utilizes to support our customers; and to be honest, its wonderful to use as a business partner and as a consumer from what has been shared with customers. I haven't gotten to fully dive into the analytics portion of the app but I do intend too in the coming coming weeks.

For a business perspective: Manan and the team have been absolutely wonderful and extremely efficient with support. And graciously patient as well with providing well rounded support that empowers us even further. Solid teamwork and always kind.

What an incredible experience I'm having with the Loop team!! From setup, to helping with issues like integrating with other services, Loop and their amazing staff have gone above and beyond to help me see things all the way through to completion. I would very highly recommend this app, most definitely for the great way it helps keep subscriptions and bundles working in my store - but even more for the really awesome experience I'm having with the team - they really do care and aim to help in every conceivable way. I very much look forward to building and growing my company into the future, knowing that I have the super Loop team in my corner! Thank you guys, you are ALL rockstars!!

This app does exactly what we need with new features always being developed enabling us to improve our subscription business continuously. Ongoing support provided by Nihal has been extremely useful and has been a major factor in our growth. An excellent app.

Loop is easily the best subscription app in the Shopify ecosystem.

No only does it put every other competitor that we tried/demo'd to shame, but they are constantly innovating. The Loop Subscriptions we signed up for looks very different today in the best way possible. They listen to customer feedback and implement fast.

This combined with A+ support makes Loop my favorite piece of SaaS that we have in our stack. I can't recommend these guys enough!
