Loop Subscriptions App

I am so glad I switched to Loop Subscriptions! The migration was seamless, and their support team goes above and beyond...the tech is solid, the dashboard is user-friendly, and they have made a number of flows that help keep subscribers.

He always goes above and beyond to solve our issues, and if something does not exist yet, he goes out of his way to implement a new segment to continuously improve our experience!

Loop Subscriptions is by far the best subscriptions solution for Shopify, it is fantastic. The team helped us migrate over from our legacy system without fuss. The built in Flows are so powerful and intuitive that we easily built out our complex scenarios in minutes. Before most tasks required engineers to make changes, now our CS team are empowered to make changes themselves. Also, any issues we have faced have been acknowledged and resolved/work around or fixed very quickly.

We came to Loop after using Appstle and Recharge, while also considering Skio. Loop offers the same functionality as Skio but at a much better price both monthly and per transaction. After nearly a year, our experience has been amazing — the team is responsive, integration is seamless, and our site has never broken (unlike with Appstle).

Fantastic subscription app! We use this app to run all of our subscriptions - we use it for product swaps, upsells, and free gifts each month. Very easy to use and to set up. We were previously using Seal Subscriptions and the white glove migration from there was seamless (thanks to the Loop team). Now, we've been with them for over 6 months and we have monthly team meetings with Aayush, our account representative. He brings data on our account each month and ways we can improve. Super helpful!! We also have a dedicated Slack channel with their team for quick service if there is ever a bug. The only thing we wish they had is a better integration with Pagefly and a way to block cancellations for the first X days of a subscription. That would be a game changer for our brand to protect against customers who buy then cancel right away.
