Loop customer service is absolutely top-notch. We were using another Loop competitor since we migrated to Shopify and there is no comparison here. From day 1, Loop has provided 'white glove' service to us. They helped with migration, navigated complex workflows, and helped us to do extensive testing to make sure our customers were getting the best experience. They even took the time to understand our business model and made suggestions on ways to help reduce churn and improve retention. I can't recommend this company enough.

Since switching to Loop, we’ve grown our subscribers and subscription revenue by more than 2X. The onboarding and transition process was smooth, something we were very concerned about before making the move, and the Loop team has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support and partnership in helping us scale. If you’re considering it, do yourself a favor and commit; you won’t regret it. After struggling with ReCharge (locked into contract), I’m beyond glad we made the switch!

Easily the best subscription app I've used and I've tried a few. Their team is super responsive and is constantly helping us reduce churn and create a better experience for our customers.
Loop has epic cancellation flows all the customizations that we wanted from the other apps. Will be using loop for all my brands.

We made the switch from a different subscription app and had the absolute pleasure of working with Manan as our account manager at Loop. We couldn't be happier with the support we've received. Manan is not only incredibly helpful and kind, but he also brings a calm professionalism that makes every interaction easy and reassuring.

Highly recommend. The customer service when dealing with an issue was top notch. I had uninstalled loop looking for greener grass and ultimately after trying a couple others, came back. With coming back meant it was more challenging to install and the team working on my site did a wonderful job and had great communication.

We were using a larger subscription provider before, and Loop proved to blow it out of the water. Subscriptions are our lifeblood, so we wanted to partner with someone that treated it as such. The thing that stood out to me the most was Loop's support. They have an incredible support system that made migration, optimization and ongoing testing easy, seamless and awesome. From their CSMs to their implementation they did a fantastic job introducing our brand to Loop. The features were the other thing that stood out. Their features are better or similar to more expensive subscription platforms. The only thing I wish could be changed are the Flows feature. We have multiple products that need to be swapped and setting those up are a pain, but they did the legwork for us, so it made switching so much easier. Amazing platform, fair pricing and amazing founder. Can't do any better than that, and honestly I just wish we switched sooner.

Loop stands out as the top subscription app in our experience. Before discovering Loop, our company navigated through various other subscription platforms. Loop's features are notably more advanced, and their team provides exceptional support, collaborating closely with us to develop effective strategies. Loop is an excellent and user friendly app too. I migrated to from Appstle to Loop due to the increased support, functionality and analytics. We had a few issues during the onboarding and migration but since then i've been really impressed with Loop, particularly the team. It feels like you have a partner in your business that's there to help you grow which is invaluable. Loop has all the features you could need from a great subscription app and the team are always on hand to find solutions! A great experience so far, thank you!
