Loop Subscriptions App

A lot of customization even if the non-pro level. Easy to use and customers to use. Great customer service. I have used another subscription plug-in previously with Shopify that was great but very expensive. Loop is a great alternative fair pricing, ease of use and customer service has always been helpful.

Amazing customer support that will help you every step of the way!! I've used several other subscription apps and have to say that Loop is the best well rounded app. My customers love how easy it is to get a subscription!

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in.

I've been really impressed with Loop Subscriptions! Their support team has been incredibly helpful, even through live chat on the free plan. As a startup, the free plan was comprehensive enough to get us off the ground with launching new subscription plans. It also integrated seamlessly with both Rebuy and PageFly, making the setup process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking to kickstart their subscription services!

They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.

We recently migrated to Loop and are very happy with the experience so far. Our conversation rate is up and our subscriber opt-in is also up. Recently migrated from Smartrr to use the Loop advanced flows. It has been a 10/10 experience. The team was super diligent during the migration and setup process it was basically hands off for me. The advanced flow we are running now through Loop is our best preforming funnel. Loop also has tons of great features like dunning, retention tools & more. Highly recommend!
