We have had an excellent experience with Loop Subscriptions! They made the transition of our subscription payments from Stripe seamless and hassle-free, even with our unique setup as a headless Shopify store. I migrated to from Appstle to Loop due to the increased support, functionality and analytics. We had a few issues during the onboarding and migration but since then i've been really impressed with Loop, particularly the team. It feels like you have a partner in your business that's there to help you grow which is invaluable. TL;DR: Switched from another subscription provider to Loop. Migration was flawless with 0 revenue impact, onboarding was hands-on, and ongoing support is the best I’ve had with any software vendor.
CONTEXT: We spent ~10 years on another platform. A trusted friend in CRO recommended Loop; after my own due diligence and a call with their team, we switched.
