Loop Subscriptions App

I have been a fan of working with Loop for the last 6-9 months. They have strong customer service and I especially like working with their success manager team.

Great customer service. Fast and straight to the solution.

Easy setup and the support team has been fantastic. We did have an issue with the automatic widget installation, but Atul and his team were fast to respond and fix the issue. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website.

My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue.

Their support was exceptional, as they provided prompt and helpful responses over email and even connected with my website to identify the problem and find a solution. Despite facing challenges with customizing the theme, the previous company I consulted claimed it couldn't be done. However, the Loop team never gave up on me. They continued to work diligently and customized a code specifically for my website, ensuring that the subscription button would function flawlessly for my valued customers.

Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.
