Really good platform
We moved over from seal as we wanted the option to add one time products to upcoming orders and an easier to navigate more professional looking customer portal. Loop ticks all the boxes for us!
Migration was very seamless and the communication from all at loop is faultless - they are always on hand to help!

Migrated to Loop from Recharge and like it a lot more so far. App is easy to set up and the team is very helpful with migrating over customers and getting everything onboarded. My only complaint is that I wish it had a feature that automatically emails customers if the product they're subscribed to changes in price and gives them the option to opt-out. Other than that, I think they are a great solution.

Our experience with Loop has been really great and supportive. We have been assisted mostly by Surbhi, Sri & Abel and all have been extremely helpful and friendly. The transition was a little bit difficult as we had a lot of weird pricing mixed in with our old Bold subscription but the Loop team did everything they could to make it seamless. So far the new system is doing amazing and we are slowly acquiring the subscribers we lost on our old platform. Highly recommend.

I made the switch to Loop from recharge and couldn't be happier! The migration and integration process was smooth, simple, and had me live within a couple of weeks. Loop does all the heavy lifting and makes getting started a seamless process. The platform is intuitive, much easier to use, and offers more functionality than recharge. The customer service is top notch (seriously, so awesome). I ran into a snag trying to figure something out in my theme and they jumped in and had it done within a couple of hours. Now to the best part. During the sales process they recommended that I start in the Growth Plan (less expensive) until my subscription revenue justifies upgrading to the Enterprise Plan. The team at Loop is interested in my long term success as well as a long term relationship. This is the opposite of what I experienced at recharge and I'm so happy to be partnered with an ethical company that holds high standards.
