Great tech, great service from Loop team. Better than any other subs tech out there IMO.
The app is very easy to navigate and has very helpful features good for your business. Also, the check-ins the support gave is a tremendous help. Shout out to Sparsh for always checking, assisting, guiding and helping us through while we get over the learning curve. This app is much recommended.
we just switch from a different subscription to Loop and I can say the the overall user experience was superb! Pretty much all data we track on a weekly basis are available in Loop Analytics! No need to manual export data because all are in the analytics dashboard!
Getting started with Retentics was super easy! Their support team is extremely attentive and proactive. It's amazing how much of our email revenue comes directly from their automated flows.
Great experience so far! App looks great. Cant wait to start working on it. Also Suraj was great and helped me set up the widget.
Great team that took the time to explain everything clearly and help me understand how to use the app properly. They were responsive, professional, and made sure all my questions were answered.

Aastik and Varun have been absolutely the best. I’m the manager and was the one directly reaching out to support — at first I was a bit frustrated as responses were taking some time, but once I connected with Aastik, I was beyond grateful. He truly guided us all the way and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
Same with Varun, our product analyst — very supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Kudos to both of them for turning the experience around and providing outstanding support.
