I've had Loox for about a week now and so far it has been great! The reviews look great on my shop and I have already gotten more new reviews from this plugin than from the previous rating plugin I was using. Very worth the cost!
I really love this app. But i wish that i can not place product reviews on the home page, just in the product page. Maybe i simply didn't figure it out. At this case, please, write me how to fix that.
I haven't been here long enough to say but so far so good. In the first 10 minutes, I got 20 reviews on my product so that is one more thing checked off the list thanks to Loox.

Ken did a great job helping me out and was very quick to take action. I couldn’t get the “display reviews” tab to load and he helped me by doing the action from his end and suggested what could’ve been the problem from my end. Great Customer service!

I was having issues with my reviews because they were not populating. I want to bed sad and I woke up this morning sent a message to the loox team and within minutes Liz came to my rescue. She told me the reason why I was having the issue and how to solve it. I watched the short video she sent and in less than a minute I was able to navigate the issue and got the reviews solved. Now I can see my reviews. Thank you Liz @Loox. Your assistance has made me happy. Please Loox keep it up.
