The Loox has been working great to integrate reviews onto my product page on Shopify. I came across a technical hiccup but Rain from support team sorted me out. Thanks for your amazing service!
On the basic plan you have to pay 10$ a month for the app's Branding to show up on absolutely every page. You're basically paying them to make them publicity. I asked customer service and no help was given apart from "just pay us 40$ a month instead"

Laurence was fantastic. I had been struggling to fix an issue on my website all day. Once I sent in the message, I figured I would hear back from customer service in about 24hrs. Nope. Right away Laurence fixed my issue and followed up. This happened in a matter of about 10mins from first contact. This contact wasn’t by phone so I was super impressed. Great job team.
