Works great for us. It has been easy to use. Uploading our old reviews was not seamless but all in all good product. We have recommended LOOX to others!
Great app. The only downside is that the Import to Loox from Aliexpress can be annoying because it imports immediately after clicking approve and there is no BACK button. It would be a HUGE time saver if it would only import after I'm done selecting the reviews I want to import.

Customer service is great. Every time I have a question the answer comes quickly, right, and personable.
The features offered by this app are quite complete. Integration with shopify was seamless. The only problem that I had was, changes to the review pop-up on mobile did not work. I made changes to the settings, but they are not implemented on mobile for some reason. So, even though I disabled it for mobile, but the pop-up still pops out, don't know how else I can deactivate it :D
