The app is very easy to use! I can customize a lot of feature in the app with the basic plan. Looks good on my store! Highly recommend <3
Love it. This app takes your customer reviews up to another level. The ability for customers to add pictures so easily is absolutely amazing. This definitely helps convince new customers to make a purchase. And, the customer service is the best. Yoni has been extremely helpful when I set up the app and whenever I have a question or problem I get a reply with a solution right away. The app doesn't have all the features yet but I know Yoni is working on this and more features will be releasing soon. Bottom line, use this app, you won't be disappointed.
Loox is amazing, There were few features we have been interested in such as aggregating reviews by pages, or letting clients post pictures in reviews. For the volume we have one competitors pricing is 50 times more. At less than $5 a month, this is amazing value. Great support too.
