We absolutely love this app! It automatically sends a message to customers, and they also get an incentive to add a photo to the review. It works like a charm, we even made a dedicated Reviews page in our shop. Highly, highly recommended!

There's no reason to use any other review app besides Loox. You will make your money back simply from the review discount codes Loox auto generates for you. Don't bother cheaping out on any other review program, you will regret it.
Very easy to use with lots of functionality to drive revenue conversions (E.g. referrals, reviews, video reviews etc). Speedy customer service too - thanks Rain for your help on customising my referrals page on my site. Definitely recommend.
