I think Loox is pretty cool. Had some issues with adding the Loox button to my tool bar. My computer is touch screen, had to change my equipment.. But once finally added, everything else was a breeze.

the best app on the Shopify app store for product reviews. there should be an option to add reviews for multiple products in one go. Hope loox will consider this.
