Loox is awesome! Really easy plugin to use with Shopify. I love that you can customize the font on your site and that customers can add photos, too. The only thing I'd say, it is PRICEY. Especially for a small business owner. Having the basic plan ($10) is plenty to spend on a review plugin I feel, but I'm constantly unable to send out more review emails because I exceed the 100 order a month threshold.

Very simple and powerful. So easy to import reviews and change the theme to match my website theme.
I used this app to help me setup the reviews of my buyers for my sold items. I really like how it automates the review process of the review by just a simple click. It would be nice I could change the text of some of the reviews to correct the spelling and correct the grammar of some reviews. I highly recommend this to other sellers who are also into Ecommerce and using the shopify stores as their platform for selling.
I am happy loox, its made everything easy, instructions are clear and easy to comprehend, I really recommend this app. It will make your shop to convert more sales. I have tried other review apps, but this one is currently the beast
