Loox was quick and easy to implement. The reviews start arriving and it is great to read and see the experience and photos of our customers. Customer support was also fast answering our questions, which meant that everything is up and running in less than one afternoon.
We've always had a great experience with Loox. We've been using it for years. I'm finally writing a review now because of a recent issue with switching to Shopify 2.0. Great app, great customer service.
Asking me to upgrade my plan and I cannot change the settings or manage the reviews without upgrading!!!
