It's a really cool app. It makes it easier for me to have an overview over my customers, see where they leave my website and improve it accordingly.

Thank goodness I have this since Google analytics and Shopify analytics do absolutely nothing for understanding customer behaviour nowadays. Huge fan of Lucky Orange, I use it pretty much every day and it's helped optimise my store after watching session recordings and heatmaps.

Very easy to use, and gives loads of information about how users are interacting with the website. I especially like the video recordings, they really help you work out where people are dropping off :)
