If I could give this app zero stars I would. I have had a similar experience as some of the other reviews as the product assortment was consistently out of stock or in very little supply. They raised their fee after I Initially created an account and then started providing cheaper Products. I have since canceled the app and I am still being billed for it!
I do not recommend using this app!
In addition to bad customer service, poor products, and overpriced subscription fee, some of the products were Never even delivered to my customers!

Simply put, I really like Modalyst. I'd give them five stars, but for me there is always room for improvement. That being said Modalyst is pretty much nailing it with their mix of user-friendliness and excellent vendor partners to select from (I hope they will expand this in the future even further). I especially like the amount of US vendors. The pricing rules are excellent as well, and time-saving. Right now I'd say they are the ones to beat for dropshipping. I can't wait to see what updates they have in store!
Outstanding Customer Service and great platform to import quality products to your store. Modalyst keeps to the strictest standards of quality and integrity and you can trust the Modalyst team to assist you along the way. I have been using them for over two years and the product quality has been nothing less than 5 stars from my customers. There were a few orders that received a moderate review, but Modalyst took quick action in removing Wish products all together because Modalyst understands how hard we work on our website. Providing products which are sub-par to our customers or luring attempts by sellers to steal from our customer clientele is not what Modalyst wants for us as sellers. Trust has been formed along the way and I am glad they are sticking with sellers of reliable merchandise that are reputable. Modalyst has made my business stronger and sales flowing in while keeping me informed as to order status every step of the way. Thank You Modalyst. App is easy and pretty straight forward. Vendor list for women's clothing is so-so. Takes a while to hear back from vendors if you email them about something specific. I wish they would up their shoe and handbag game, this is the downfall for EVERY dropshipper I've come across! Mahalo!
Modalyst offers great products that are perfect for my store. The plugin is super easy to use. I haven't started selling yet as I'm trying to figure out the best option for my store. Customer service has been great so far and very helpful. I'm looking forward to continue using this app.
I’m very impressed with the private label program so far. It really personalizes products to your store (which I find is one of the challenges with dropshipping). I do wish there were more private label options as there’s only one company (activewear) so far.

Using this app has been a breeze! Interface is very user friendly. Being able to filter shipping times is so convenient. I found many items to add to my store and quickly reached my limit on the Hobby plan. I will be upgrading to the Business plan which is a yearly and affordable. I wish transaction fees were cheaper on the other plans.
Update:
I've updated my review because Modalyst is a good source of great products. However, the app doesn't sync with your orders in Shopify. So basically you have to go in and manually input each order with the suppliers, making sure you match the right SKU. I approached them about it months ago and they said they'd fix it. They haven't.
Well, Modalyst asked for a review and is getting one because their customer service isn't responding back at all today.
Orders are not syncing from Shopify to Modalyst on a paid plan. It's a lot of money to have to manually search for each item and place the orders by hand. Already have to do that with my manual suppliers.
Two stars because I like a few of the suppliers I'm selling from. Other than that Modalyst is starting to fail on me.
