Do not use this app. When you switch to Shopify Plus, they increase the price and charge $100/month for each of your store even if you just need a few triggers per month for the exact same services as before switching to Shopify Plus. Now, I need to find an alternative solution, so don't make the same mistake. In addition to that, they did not even bother to reply to my emails after this unacceptable price increase.
Per our terms of service, unreasonable demands for preferential treatment are not tolerated.
Great customer service! I have some problems with workflows and Patrick solve me all the things. Thanks for all. Super recommend it.
The Arigato team were very helpful in getting me setup with a custom automation I wanted - they edited by code and got it working. The other automations that were based on their default options work great and it easy to use.
Really powerful app but there Plan are based on Shopify plan .. so more you pay on Shopify more you will pay on this app and still have the same functionality .. I just dont get it

The thinking is that stores on higher Shopify plans are busier and add more load to our systems to process the traffic, even if they're not doing more actions. It's not perfect, but using the Shopify store plan is usually a good metric for how much load a store will add.
We tried straight "per-action" pricing early on and everyone hated it because they couldn't predict the bill. Every billing model has drawbacks, but we're open to negotiation and discussion.
I've been using this for about a week now and although I've set up multiple workflows that have saved me a TON of time, I still feel like I've only scratched the surface of what this app is capable of! I think it strikes a great balance between being incredibly powerful yet easy enough to understand that people like me (tech savvy but not a coder) can still get a lot out of it. I look forward to learning it better and saving myself even more time.

I've been looking for ways to help automate a lot of our admin-heavy processes. Been using Zapier for a few years, but found their access to more granular aspects of the Shopify API missing or extremely difficult to work with.
I tested out Arigato based on the positive reviews and I've achieved so much more than I initially thought was possible.
There is a bit of a steep learning curve and it felt a bit overwhelming when I started out. However, there is a library of some very useful workflows to either use, or check out how they are set-up to better understand the logic.
The tool is excellent. It really is. But what has made it stand out has been the support. I've reached out to Bonify (the app developers) more than once for help and advice and they have been brilliant (special thanks to Patrick!).
Not only have they been able to help me when I've been stuck in some of my Workflow set-ups, they provided example workflows to make it easier to learn how to better execute future ones on my own.
Spending the days upfront to get these workflows in place is going to save my team weeks and months of admin time which is now automated in the background.

I've been looking for an app like this for a long time.
Always wanted to have Shopify Flow and simply automate tasks around the store. Arigato app took this to next level enabling us to automate a lot of manual stuff like generating SKUs for new products, cancelling orders after X days if the payment is still pending or tag orders with gateway name.
