The support is always great despite being in opposite parts of the world in opposite time zones! Sometimes it is hard to get in touch (for the reason stated), but when the connection is made issues are resolved extremely quickly! We are using both Shopify and Prestashop versions of the app/module and have enjoyed the great support! Highly recommend this suite of services!
This app is great! We carry so many different types of vendors and they all love the access available through MVM! Big success for our small business and a huge time saver! The help desk they provide is extremely helpful. Love this app!

I am a relative newbie and don't know any HTML/CCS. Despite that I took the plunge and bought the app. My experience was that:
a) The team has always been responsive, and depending on the time of day even within minutes
b) Rather than endless emails, they are happy to log in to your store and do the tweaks necessary.
Every issue I have had so far, bar one, has been me screwing it up. My challenge was with installing the snippet in the right place and could not figure it out and they did it for me. I can't have any complaints - really easy team to work with.
Looking forward to the development of the app into the future. Well worth the money

I recently downloaded this app to create a marketplace within Shopify. I really like it so far! Customer service was great, too.
There customer service has been exceptional. They always work to resolve the issues. Keep in mind they are on IST timezone, so you may have limited time to get in touch, but they always help when you do. The app has many added features I didn't even think of. And I found setting it up pretty easy.
