Ella helped me to configure the settings for this app. She has done all the neseccary settings for me. I am impressed. So I would give 4- out 5 star for the customer service support. It is fast customer service support.
Had some difficulties setting it all up, but thanks to the chat with Ripa it worked ! Tried a few translating apps, but the most pleased with this one.
They went above and beyond. Ripa was fantastic. She spent so much time fine-tuning everything. She even made sure all the pages were translated. So much attention to detail.
