The support team is never online in the Pacific time zone. Whenever you ask something the bot says we'll contact you tomorrow. Canada'a tomorrow is New Zealand's night so I will never be able to get live support.
1- If you can't support it globally then just sell it in Canada.
2- You can turn off your online support when it's night in Canada.

This app is a complete solution for personalization. The app is complete and very user-friendly. If you get stuck they have great support and are always willing to help in order to get your idea back on track. I wish there were more videos in order to further learn. I want to know more about print ready files.

This app is really good! It has many different options and is very easy to learn. The customer service is amazing. No matter what question you have, they will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

I've been using this app and many app's have horrible support, not this one. They are very quick to respond and will setup a video call if necessary. They go the extra mile and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

I tried almost all Customizer-Apps here on Shopify and it's the best app so far. The previous reviewers have already summed it up quite well. The app integrates wonderfully into your store and offers great performance on both smartphones and desktop PCs. We're really looking forward to the next features updates!
