I can't speak highly enough of Shoshanah. She's been so helpful for the past year since the onboarding and as this business has continued to grow. When we first onboarded, we were getting hit with heavy fraud, and it had a really tough impact on the business. With NoFraud, we've been able to accept more orders and have the confidence that everything is as it should be when fulfilling. What separates NoFraud in my view from the rest is the caliber of support and the human review process. This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Integrating the app was quick and smooth, the support is fantastic and far superior to the service offered by some of their competitors. Our fraudulent orders have dropped by almost 60% since integrating NoFraud as compared to Signifyd and all orders that are charged-back are quickly reimbursed. If you're accepting credit card payments online, you can’t afford not to get them! NoFraud recently rolled our a service called "Chargeback Management Tool" which we have enrolled, the tool allows us to automate all disputes to be handled by the NoFraud team and free up our team's time in handling more important tasks. This app has been such a life saver! We have three different Shopify stores and use this app on all of them. If you are not a fraud expert it can be extremely difficult/time consuming to successfully screen orders and No Fraud takes this burden off our shoulders and gives us a service we can rely on. The app itself it very easy to use, and contains everything we need. All the support representatives at No Fraud are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt at responding. We have been using NoFraud on another platform for a while now and this is hands down the best money spent. Orders we would have turned away are approved and already we see a difference in our sales. Once you get a charge-back you are always shy about accepting an order your not sure about but with NoFraud those worries are GONE!!! Plus the person we had checking orders, besides missing things on occasion (human error) is no free to do other things. An EXCELLENT MUST HAVE APP.
